How It Works

From your wish list to a signed deal — we run the negotiation.

Tell us what you want once. Dealpilot handles every dealership conversation on your behalf, so you never have to sit across the desk alone.

1

We find the vehicle

We locate dealerships that have the exact make, model, and trim you are looking for.

2

We request best pricing

We contact each dealership and ask for their sharpest selling price in writing.

3

We negotiate the price

We push back, compare offers, and negotiate the selling price down on your behalf.

4

We compare rebates & incentives

We stack manufacturer rebates, incentives, and financing offers to find the best combination.

5

We negotiate leases & purchases

Buying or leasing, we structure the deal and negotiate the terms that fit your budget.

6

We evaluate your trade-in

We collect competitive trade-in offers and help you secure the highest value for your current vehicle. Because an accurate trade-in valuation requires an in-person appraisal, handling a trade-in carries an additional $150 fee.

7

We review the final numbers

Before you sign, we walk through every line so there are no surprises at the desk.

8

We protect you from add-ons

We flag unnecessary add-ons and overpriced packages so you only pay for what you need.

What We Negotiate

We fight for every dollar, so you don't have to.

Dealerships negotiate for a living. With Dealpilot, so do you. We handle the back-and-forth and make sure every number on your deal is fair.

The selling price

We collect offers from multiple dealerships and negotiate the out-the-door price, not just the monthly payment.

Rebates, incentives & financing

We compare every manufacturer rebate, incentive, and financing offer to find your best available combination.

Financing & leasing

We compare financing and lease offers and negotiate purchase or lease terms that actually fit your budget.

Add-ons & packages

We flag unnecessary add-ons, protection packages, and markups so you only pay for what you need.

Leased a 2025 Honda Accord

Questions

Good to know before you start.

Does Dealpilot cost me anything up front?

Your first consultation is always free. We only get paid when your deal is complete, and our fee is a small fraction of the savings we negotiate for you.

Do you only work with new cars?

No. We help with new, used, and certified pre-owned vehicles, for both purchases and leases.

Do I have to visit the dealership?

Only to sign and pick up your vehicle. We handle the negotiation remotely, so you skip the pressure of the showroom floor.

Can you help if I already have a price?

Yes. Send us the quote you have and we will compare it against offers from other dealerships to see if we can beat it.

How does Dealpilot get paid?

We charge a single flat concierge fee of $499, payable once we have agreed on the terms of your deal. If your deal includes a trade-in, an additional $150 fee applies, since an accurate trade-in valuation requires an in-person appraisal. Otherwise, there are no hidden costs and no surprises.

How long does the process take?

Most deals are negotiated within 7-10 business days, depending on how specific your vehicle is and local availability.
